The lorikeet pair shares its bright palette without sharing the same pose. In this landscape PDF embroidery pattern, different head angles and tails sit among eucalyptus leaves, flower filaments, capsules and crossing branches.
Stitch direction and shading
The guide maps 12 working regions with local stitch direction, strand count and DMC colour recipes. Use the region key and recommended sequence to follow the overlaps and changes in shading. Mapped techniques include divided leaf long-and-short, fine radial split, fine radial split.
The scene in detail
Lorikeet Across the Eucalyptus Fire follows a pair through one botanical setting. Work each bird's head, collar and folded wing as its own system, then keep the eucalyptus filaments secured and the full tails clear through the branches.
Are the lorikeets mirrored copies?
No. They share a colour palette but occupy different poses. Their head angles, bodies and long tails need to be read separately within the crossing eucalyptus supports.
