Pricing and Payment
Custom embroidery digitizing is priced after reviewing your artwork. Please send your design before purchasing so we can check the size, detail level, colors, fabric type and required machine format.
After reviewing your project, we will confirm which digitizing work block you should purchase.
- 30-minute approved digitizing block: €29
- 1-hour approved digitizing block: €55
- 2-hour approved digitizing block: €105
- Additional 30 minutes after approval: €25
Please do not purchase before receiving confirmation. We will review your artwork and tell you exactly which work block to select.

Clear, high-quality artwork provides the best result. Vector files are preferred when available.
Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, CMX, EMF, WMF
Image and document files: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, PDF
Delivery
Completed machine embroidery files are delivered digitally by email after the digitizing work is finished. No physical product will be shipped through this service.
The estimated turnaround time will be confirmed together with your personalized quote.
