Custom Embroidery Digitizing Service

This listing is for approved custom embroidery digitizing work only. Please contact us before purchasing this product. Send your artwork by WhatsApp or email and include the desired embroidery size, fabric type, color preferences, machine format and turnaround time.

After reviewing your artwork, we will send you a personalized quote and tell you which approved work block to purchase. Please do not purchase this service before receiving confirmation from us.

Available Work Blocks

• 30 min approved digitizing block: for very simple artwork, small adjustments or minor file preparation.
• 1 hour approved digitizing block: for simple to medium embroidery digitizing work.
• 2 hours approved digitizing block: for more detailed artwork, larger designs or designs requiring additional technical preparation.
• Extra 30 min after approval: used only when additional work is confirmed after the original quote.

How It Works

1. Send your artwork by WhatsApp or email.
2. Include the desired size, colors, fabric type, machine format and turnaround time.
3. We review your artwork and send you a personalized quote.
4. You purchase the approved work block from this listing.
5. We digitize your artwork and deliver the final embroidery files by email.

Accepted Artwork Files

We accept high quality reference images and vector files when available. Accepted file types may include JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, CMX, EMF and WMF.

Embroidery File Formats

Final embroidery files can be prepared in common machine embroidery formats depending on your machine, such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3 or other supported formats.

Important Note

This is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped. Custom digitized designs created for a client are not sold publicly unless otherwise agreed.

If your artwork requires more time than originally estimated, we will always confirm the additional cost before continuing.
