About This Design

The design is built around movement rather than symmetry. The large flower carries most of the visual weight, while cool blue foliage prevents the golden palette from becoming overly warm. Long leaves sweep through the lower composition and smaller bells create rhythm between the corners.

What You'll Need

To stitch this piece you'll need: fine linen, linen-cotton or a ramie-like cloth in warm ivory, pale stone or natural oat; 15-20 cm; embroidery needles sizes 7-9; six-strand embroidery floss; your preferred transfer tool; and the DMC shades listed in the guide. The center is intentionally open and may remain pure negative space or be personalized later.
